All AVISON products are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, worn items or washed products.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong item was delivered.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.
